Christmas Card using Peaceful Poinsettia Bundle

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - Canada

Today I am showing a card I created using the Peaceful Poinsettia Bundle. This project uses minimal supplies but I think it makes a great Christmas Card. I apologize for the quality of the picture, it was a dreary day and I don't have a light box. This card has lots of sparkle but it doesn't show up in the picture.

Project Instructions:

Whisper White Thick Cardstock cut at 8 ½ x 5 ½ scored at 4 ¼.
Cherry Cobbler cardstock cut at 4 x 5 ¼. Using the corner die cut and the poinsettia detail and outline dies, cut out the shape as shown.
Cut the Sparkle Glimmer cardstock at 3 ¾ x 5 and adhere to the back of the Cherry Cobbler panel. Attach this to the front of the card base.
On the lighter weight Whisper White cardstock stamp the sentiment 'Christmas Wishes' and cut out using the stitched ovals die.
From the Sparkle Glimmer cardstock cut out a scalloped oval slightly larger than the stitched oval shape with the sentiment and adhere these together.
Using dimensionals attach the sentiment to the top right of the card.

Birthday Card using Sea of Textures

Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - Canada

Today I am sharing a Birthday Card I recently made using the Sea of Textures Stamp Set. I had a lot of fun stamping and die cutting to create this card.

Here are the instructions:

Card base balmy blue cut at 8 ½ x 5½ scored at 4 ¼.
Blueberry bushel layer cut at 4 x 5 ¼.
Whisper White layer cut at 3 ¾ x 5.

On to this layer stamp the sentiment from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set in blueberry bushel ink in the top right corner.

Stamp the texture stamp from Sea of Textures across the centre of the cardstock in smoky slate ink.

Stamp coral and tall leaf in calypso coral and tranquil tide on the bottom left and right corners.

Lightly sponge the background with blueberry bushel ink.
Stamp octopus on scrap whisper white using blueberry bushel ink on the top half of the stamp and gorgeous grape ink on the bottom half to get the two colour look.

Stamp the coral that can be die cut onto a scrap piece of whisper white using mint macaron ink.
Diecut the stamped octopus, and the stamped coral image and diecut the other coral dies from tranquil tide and lemon lime twist cardstock.

Diecut the net from crumb cake cardstock.

Diecut the sand dollars, two larger ones from crumb cake and calypso coral and the smaller one from grapefruit grove cardstocks. I only used the centre star shapes.

Diecut the little fish from grapefruit grove and daffodil delight cardstock.
Assemble the card as shown using multi purpose glue.
