Birthday Card for a Friend

A friend recently had a birthday and this is the card that I gave to her. We love to get together for coffee and have a chit chat. This is actually the first time that I have used this stamp and die set and I had fun making it.

Here is how I made it:

Card base is Lemon Lime Twist cut at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
Fresh fig layer cut at 4 x 5 1/4
Blushing bride layer cut at 3 3/4 x 5 and run through the big shot with the embossing folder Simple Stripes used one way then turn the paper and run through again.
Stamped the coffee cup twice on whisper white in soft suede, stamped the sentiment in fresh fig then die cut them both.
The lids are stamped in crumb cake and then die cut.
Coffee beans stamped in soft suede and die cut.
The coffee cup holder is die cut in crumb cake and the 'Hi" sentiment is stamped on whisper white cardstock using fresh fig ink pad and die cut with the oval die in the set.
The little heart is stamped in Berry Burst and die cut.
The card was put together using snail adhesive and dimensionals.
